Downington, at the northern end of the line, is the regional HQ for the line.
Here you will find loco-rapairworks, shunting facilities, the railway HQ (which
needs BEER (!) to function), a big roundhouse and yes, a passenger terminal for
the locals to get on the train. There are lots of track, lots of loco-sheds and
even more junctions and signals.
The local football-stadium is that of the DOWNINGTON ADMIRALS. Never heard of?
Well they play the European World Bowl, but then known as the AMSTERDAM ADMIRALS.
As the line terminates at Downington, it is a NS layout.
